Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide full-time telehealth services for clients in Maryland. This role focuses on helping clients address the challenges that can affect relationships, home life, emotional health, and day-to-day functioning.
The therapist in this position will provide structured virtual sessions, complete assessments, create treatment plans, and guide clients through therapy with a clear and professional approach. You will support people through real concerns such as communication issues, family changes, stress, conflict, grief, parenting struggles, and relationship repair.

Responsibilities
- Deliver remote mental health therapy to clients using a secure video platform
- Provide care for individuals, couples, and families with a range of relationship and emotional health concerns
- Complete intake evaluations and gather information needed for treatment planning
- Set measurable therapy goals and review progress with clients over time
- Help clients strengthen communication, manage conflict, and improve relationship functioning
- Prepare clinical notes and maintain complete client records
- Use sound clinical judgment when assessing risk or recommending additional care
- Keep all services aligned with HIPAA, ethical practice standards, and Maryland licensing rules
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Maryland LMFT, LCMFT, or equivalent independent clinical licensure
- Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong written documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
