Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Vermont Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide therapy through a remote care model. This role is ideal for an LMFT who enjoys working with relationship dynamics, family systems, and everyday challenges that affect how people connect and cope.
Location: VermontSetting: Remote / TelehealthPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide secure video therapy sessions
- Treat individuals, couples, and families
- Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans
- Support clients with conflict, communication, grief, stress, and life changes
- Document sessions and progress accurately
- Identify risk concerns and follow proper clinical procedures
- Maintain compliance with Vermont LMFT and telehealth standards
Requirements
- Active Vermont LMFT license in good standing
- Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
