Location: Rhode Island Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 to $120,000 a yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Summary

We’re recruiting for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy to clients across Rhode Island. In this role, you’ll run scheduled sessions, document clearly, coordinate care when needed, and help clients build practical tools they can use between appointments. This is a structured weekday role designed for clinicians who want steady work without evening or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or family therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform
• Complete clinical documentation (assessments, progress notes, treatment plans) in a timely manner
• Create measurable treatment goals and track progress over time
• Conduct risk assessments and follow safety protocols when concerns arise
• Coordinate with internal or external care partners as appropriate (with releases)
• Maintain ethical, legal, and licensing standards for Rhode Island telehealth practice

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island LMFT license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing outpatient therapy (telehealth experience welcome)
• Comfortable working with an adult caseload and common clinical presentations (anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions)
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
