Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: West VirginiaSetting: Remote/TelehealthPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary:We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy for clients dealing with family challenges, relationship strain, emotional concerns, and major life adjustments. The therapist will guide sessions, create treatment plans, and help clients strengthen communication, coping strategies, and relational understanding.
Responsibilities:
- Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Work with individuals, couples, and families using appropriate clinical methods
- Complete assessments and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate client records and session notes
- Help clients identify goals and work toward measurable progress
- Follow state, federal, and professional guidelines for therapy services
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in West Virginia
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
