Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: NebraskaSetting: Remote/TelehealthPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary:As a remote LMFT, you will work with clients managing family conflict, relationship challenges, and emotional health concerns. This role emphasizes practical therapy approaches that help clients make measurable progress over time.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families online
- Address concerns such as conflict, communication issues, and stress
- Establish measurable treatment goals
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant client records
- Evaluate effectiveness of treatment approaches
- Follow all licensing and ethical guidelines
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in Nebraska
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with relational or family-based cases
- Ability to manage a consistent remote caseload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
