Job Description

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Illinois

Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

This role focuses on providing structured therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. You will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver consistent care that supports emotional stability and long-term progress. Your work directly impacts access to mental health services across Illinois.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based methods
Complete intake assessments and ongoing treatment documentation
Create and update individualized care plans
Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with Illinois standards
Collaborate with internal clinical leadership when needed

Requirements

Active Illinois LMFT license
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
Strong documentation and time-management skills
