Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Alaska | Full-Time | RemoteSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing
As an LMFT, you’ll work with individuals, couples, and families through scheduled telehealth appointments. Your caseload may include clients dealing with relationship difficulties, family conflict, communication problems, emotional concerns, and changes in their personal lives.
You’ll be responsible for the clinical decisions involved in your cases, from determining treatment priorities to deciding when care needs to change. You’ll also complete the records and follow-up required for each client.
Your regular responsibilities will include:
- Holding individual, couples, and family therapy sessions online
- Discussing client concerns and determining appropriate areas of focus
- Setting treatment goals and selecting suitable therapeutic approaches
- Reviewing cases and adjusting treatment when circumstances change
- Completing assessments, progress notes, and other clinical records
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- LMFT license in Alaska required.
- Experience working with a variety of clients.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with others.
- A commitment to professional ethics and growth.
