Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: HawaiiSetting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Summary
This position focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families address relationship challenges, communication breakdowns, and life transitions through structured telehealth sessions. Your daily work centers on assessment, goal-setting, and practical therapeutic strategies that support long-term stability and healthier dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth
- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Track progress and adjust clinical approaches as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow ethical standards and telehealth regulations
- Coordinate care when referrals or additional support are needed
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in the state of Hawaii
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience delivering therapy in outpatient or virtual settings
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and private workspace
