We are hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our established team at Spavia Sandy, an independently-owned luxury day spa. If you want consistent bookings, predictable income, and a team that actually has your back, we want to talk to you!
COMPENSATION REAL NUMBERS
- $56 - $63 per 60-minute massage (base + typical gratuity)
- Base pay: $28 - $35 per 60-minute service (based on experience)
- Typical gratuity per 60-minute service: approximately $28
- Boost enhancements pay an additional $2.50 or $5 per service
- Additional earnings through advanced modalities, retail, and memberships
- Typical 5-hour shift (45 services): $224 $315 per shift before boosts and tips
- Many evening and weekend therapists are 80- 90% booked, creating strong and predictable income.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide customized massage therapy services (therapeutic and relaxation)
- Recommend enhancements and services aligned with guest needs
- Complete SOAP notes
- Maintain a clean and professional treatment room
- Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Utah Massage Therapy License
- Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in good standing
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
