Job Description

Licensed Massage Therapist

Company name is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists.

At Spavia Topeka, we are dedicated to having a staff of 100% licensed Massage Therapists. You'll make top dollar in our area for your license, as well as the benefit of our shop having a terrific reputation in the community for our knowledge and experience. Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

Earn on average $70,000-$75,000 annually
Average therapists gratuity: ~$20
Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses
Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
W-2 position- We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage

Service- Length- Pay (incl. gratuity)

Signature/Relaxation Massage- 60 min - $48-$52
Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone- 60 min - $53-$57
Advanced services: Up to $70 for 80-100 min treatments
Extended Modalities- 80 - 100 min - $58-$70

Schedule & Benefits:

Full-time or part-time
Weekend/evening availability preferred
10-minute turnover between services
Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
Benefits may include:
Paid in-house training, CE hours
Family + Friends treatment discounts
Full Time may be eligible for health insurance, PTO, 401(k)

Recommend enhancements (such as cupping and cbd) & memberships to support guest wellness goals
Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes
