Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of St. Louis County is launching a brand-new, modern fleet, and we are looking for a licensed Master Plumber to serve as our Plumber of Record. If you are tired of independent shops cutting corners, managing chaotic schedules and managing overhead and admin tasks. Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the registered Master Plumber of Record for our corporate entity with the St. Louis County Board of Plumbing Examiners.
- Pull required permits through the St. Louis County Department of Public Works and ensure full compliance on code-heavy jobs.
- Provide field leadership, technical training, and code oversight for our growing team of Journeymen and Registered Apprentices.
- Perform high-quality residential diagnostics, service repairs, and major replacements (water heaters, repipes, sewer lines).
Requirements:
- Active Master Plumber License in good standing with St. Louis County.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Deep expertise in residential troubleshooting, customer service, and local code application.
- Must be able to pass standard background checks and drug screenings.
