Job Title : Licensed Master Social Worker
Location : 1901 1st Avenue, New York, NY 10029
Duration : 03 Months Contract
Education : Master’s degree in social work required
Shift Details : 35hrs./Week, M-F 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, weekdays only
Interview: Phone screening and in-person interviews
Job Description:
- Provide social work services in inpatient settings including medicine, surgery, and med/surg units
- Support patients and families with discharge planning, counseling, and care coordination
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Experience in inpatient medicine, surgery, or med/surg required
- Valid Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) license issued by NYSED required
