About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Christ-centered therapist who is highly trained and specializes in working with adolescents, teens and adults. The therapist who fills this position must also have formal training, and be working towards certification, in IFS, EMDR and/or BSP.  This role is for in-person sessions at our beautiful office in Wheat Ridge, CO. 

At Cornerstone, a part-time caseload can take three-six months to build.

What We're Looking For

Cornerstone places a high value on finding the right fit for our team and for our clients. The below outlines the requirements, preferences and expectations for our clinicians. 

Required:

• Active CO license: LPC or LMFT (pre-licensed clinicians will not be considered)
• Formal training and working towards certification in at least one of the following: IFS, BSP, EMDR
• A strong Christian faith and ability to integrate faith-based approaches in therapy
• Experience and passion for working with adolescents, teens and adults with trauma
• Alignment with Cornerstone's Mission, Vision, and Statement of Faith

Strongly Preferred:

• Additional training in other evidence-based and trauma informed modalities 
• Training in working with adolescents and/or children 
• Experience working with neurodivergent clients

Your Commitment:

• Weekly group supervision attendance (Wednesdays, 9-11am MT)
• Willingness to commit to at least two weeknight evening blocks or one weeknight evening and one Saturday block per week
• A minimum schedule availability of 15 hours/week, filling 80% of that schedule weekly, with a willingness to increase hours as your caseload fills
• Attend ongoing training and pursue specialization and certifications 
• Build long-term client relationships (averaging 10+ sessions per client)
