Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Location: New YorkPosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Summary:Join a thriving team and provide critical support to individuals navigating mental health challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you’ll help clients overcome obstacles, build resilience, and take steps towards better mental health. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual counseling sessions with individuals and groups.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and goals for clients.
  • Use evidence-based techniques to address anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  • Active LMHC licensure in New York.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and mental health disorders.
