Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Hawaii
Position Summary
This LMHC role focuses on providing consistent, high-quality outpatient mental health services to adults through telehealth. You will manage a steady caseload, deliver practical interventions, and support clients in building coping strategies that translate into real-life progress.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth systems
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Document clinical sessions in accordance with regulatory standards
- Participate in clinical consultations and quality improvement efforts
- Uphold ethical and professional counseling standards
Requirements
- Active Hawaii LMHC license
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related discipline
- At least 2 years of independent clinical practice experience
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Reliable internet and private workspace for telehealth delivery
