Good Neighbor Community Health Center is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our integrated primary care team serving Columbus, Fremont, and communities along the Highway 30 corridor in East Central Nebraska.

Compensation
Total salary range: $50,495 to $84,740, depending on licensure and experience.
Provisionally Licensed Therapist (PLMHP or PLCSW): up to $66,627Licensed Therapist (LMHP or LCSW): up to $82,614Independently Licensed Therapist (LIMHP or LICSW): up to $84,740
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000, depending on licensure and experience.
Student Loan Repayment Opportunity
This role may qualify for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program, which can provide significant federal student loan repayment for eligible clinicians serving in community health centers.
Work Location and Hybrid Schedule
- Hybrid schedules (some remote days) may be available depending on patient needs, team coverage, and licensure level.
- Services are provided in person and via telehealth, based on clinical appropriateness and scheduling.

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in a community health setting.
- Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide services in person and via telehealth, as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain timely documentation
- Coordinate referrals and connect patients with community resources
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Nebraska license in good standing as a licensed mental health counselor or clinical social worker: LMHP, PLMHP, LIMHP, LCSW, or PLCSW.
- Provisionally licensed therapists are encouraged to apply
