Licensed Mental Health Therapist | LMFT, LPC, LCSW

Job SummaryWe’re adding licensed therapists to our Virginia telehealth team. This role is perfect for clinicians who want to bring accessible mental health services to clients statewide. You’ll provide structured, evidence-based sessions virtually while maintaining a steady Monday-to-Friday schedule that respects your work-life balance.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
  • Full benefits package

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one and family counseling sessions online
  • Develop treatment strategies that adapt as clients progress
  • Keep records accurate, timely, and compliant
  • Collaborate with peers to improve outcomes
  • Stay up to date with new practices in therapy

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
  • Virginia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
  • Strong telehealth communication skills
