Job SummaryJoin our growing telehealth program and bring your skills to clients across Virginia. As a licensed therapist, you’ll deliver therapy remotely, offering accessible care that helps people build resilience and manage emotional challenges. This position offers both professional stability and the flexibility of remote work.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
- Develop client-centered treatment plans and track progress
- Maintain detailed documentation for all services
- Collaborate remotely with other clinicians and teams
- Continue professional growth with training opportunities
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Virginia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
- Strong telehealth communication skills
