Mental Health Therapist

Position: Full-TimeLocation: Las Vegas, NV Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job SummaryOur Nevada client is adding a Telehealth Mental Health Therapist to its virtual care team. From Carson City or elsewhere in NV, you’ll provide ongoing therapy, follow treatment protocols, and collaborate with a supervising clinician.

Responsibilities

  • Provide video-based therapy sessions on a structured schedule
  • Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
  • Coordinate with a therapist supervisor regarding case direction and risk
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation
  • Participate in remote team and supervision meetings
  • Follow Nevada licensing requirements and internal policies

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a relevant mental health discipline
  • Active NV license (LCSW, CPC, LMFT or equivalent)
  • Experience in clinical mental health settings
  • Comfortable with telehealth tools and remote work
