Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
Location: Oakland, CA
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $110,000–$125,000 annually, plus health insurance and full benefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Position
This role focuses on providing consistent, evidence-informed therapy services in a clinic setting. You’ll work with clients over time, supporting progress through regular sessions and coordinated care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient therapy sessions
- Complete intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Track client outcomes and treatment goals
- Collaborate with clinic staff and referral partners
- Follow clinic and state compliance standards
Requirements
- Active California license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
- Experience in outpatient or clinic-based therapy
- Strong clinical judgment and time management
