Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW)
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 annuallySchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Hawaii
Position Description
This Licensed Mental Health Therapist role is designed for clinicians who prefer a clear schedule, defined caseload, and remote flexibility. You’ll provide therapy that helps clients manage symptoms, strengthen coping tools, and improve everyday functioning—all from a secure virtual setting.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate telehealth therapy sessions with assigned clients
- Create treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Track progress and update documentation consistently
- Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards
- Communicate effectively with clinical leadership as needed
Requirements
- Active Hawaii mental health license (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW)
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
