Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Location: VirginiaSetting: RemotePosition: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This position centers on delivering reliable mental health services through teletherapy. You will work with clients across a range of concerns, offering clarity, structure, and professional guidance in each session. The role emphasizes continuity of care and realistic treatment outcomes.

Responsibilities

Facilitate scheduled virtual therapy sessions
Develop and update individualized treatment plans
Track clinical outcomes and progress notes
Follow state and federal compliance requirements
Participate in team meetings and case reviews

Requirements

Virginia licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
Master’s degree in mental health counseling or social work
Experience with adult mental health treatment
Ability to manage time and caseload independently
Proficiency with electronic health records
