Job Description
Job Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Location:Concord, NH, 03301 Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Duration: 14 weeks (Possibility of extension)Required Certification:
- Active LNA/CNA License
- BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 1+ year of LNA/CNA experience
- Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition, behavior, or comfort to the nursing staff promptly.
- Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and other assigned observations accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment while following infection control and safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with RNs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
