Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

FULL TIME Hours

Gilford, NH

Our Home Health Aides enjoy some excellent benefits:

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

  • Provide personal care and support our client
  • Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation,and companionship
  • Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
  • Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
  • Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
  • Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies

A few must-haves for Home Health Aides:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Licensed Nursing Assistant certified in NH
  • Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
  • CPR certification  
  • Valid Driver’s License, auto insurance and transportation
