Job Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
Location: Rutland, VT 05702
Contract Length: 9 Weeks
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Overnight Shift)Schedule: Every other weekend required
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team in Rutland, VT. This short-term contract role offers a great opportunity to provide quality patient care in a supportive healthcare environment while maintaining a consistent schedule and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Support the team in creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
Requirements:
Active LNA license in the state of Vermont.
Must live within 50 miles of Rutland, VT (05702).
Reliable transportation required.
Ability to work overnight shifts and every other weekend.
Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
