Position Description of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):

We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) Burleson, TX. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm.

Qualifications of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):

5+ years as an Administrator or Assistant Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ).
A current Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA ) license in the state of TX
Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills; familiarity with data entry systems and possibly knowledge of HIPAA or FERPA.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA ):

Develop/enforce facility policies to meet federal and state standards.
Ensure the facility adheres to state and federal regulations, such as those for Medicare/Medicaid and HIPAA, while managing audits and paperwork
Handle financial planning, budgeting, and daily operations
