Company Overview Our client is an expanding healthcare organization operating skilled nursing and long-term care facilities across multiple states. The organization is focused on operational excellence, leadership development, and delivering high-quality resident care throughout its growing portfolio.
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee daily facility operations, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and overall operational performance. Strong candidates will lead interdisciplinary teams, support quality resident care, and help maintain efficient and compliant facility operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who can balance clinical collaboration, team management, resident satisfaction, and financial oversight while fostering a positive and accountable workplace culture.
Location: Wellsville, NY Work Setting: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $105,000 – $140,000 USD/Annually Benefits: Healthcare Benefits, PTO, Vacation Package, 401(k), etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility
- Lead department heads and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations
- Maintain survey readiness and operational standards
- Support census growth and resident satisfaction initiatives
- Manage staffing, budgets, and operational performance metrics
- Foster a positive workplace culture focused on accountability and teamwork
- Partner closely with regional leadership and clinical teams
- Monitor facility performance and implement operational improvements when necessary
- Support recruitment, retention, and development of facility staff
- Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, and customer service are consistently maintained
Qualifications
- Active Nursing Home Administrator license within the applicable state
- Previous leadership experience within skilled nursing or long-term care settings
- Strong operational, financial, and regulatory knowledge
- Experience managing staff, budgets, and facility performance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive within fast-paced operational environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, surveys, and quality standards
- Ability to lead teams with professionalism, accountability, and strong organizational skills
CompensationThe published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
