Job Description
Multiple openings are available in Berlin and Middlebury, Vermont. This is a senior leadership role overseeing Skilled Nursing Center operations, responsible for maintaining high-quality clinical care and operational performance within a long-term care environment. The role involves leading strategic initiatives supporting post-acute and long-term care services, collaborating with system leadership, staff, residents, families, and community stakeholders. Key focuses include driving regulatory compliance, operational excellence, quality improvement, and staff development initiatives. The position reports directly to the VP of Long Term Care Operations.
Requirements
- Active Nursing Home Administrator License REQUIRED
- Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and/or Assistant Administrator REQUIRED
- Minimum 2-5 years Administrator experience REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field REQUIRED
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience
- Assisted Living experience
- Residential Care Setting experience
