Position Overview

Physicians Rehab Solution is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) and/or Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to join the team at Nebraska Orthopaedic Center in Lincoln, NE. This outpatient orthopedic position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN scheduling options, with full-time preferred and up to 40 hours per week available.

The ideal candidate is a compassionate, personable clinician with strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients restore function and return to the activities they enjoy.

Role Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients across a broad range of orthopedic conditions.

This role provides the opportunity to:

Deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment

Help patients recover from injuries and surgical procedures

Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff

Continue developing specialty skills within an orthopedic setting

Full-time OTs can expect to treat approximately 11 patients per day while working in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated starting compensation for this full-time position is approximately $75,000 annually, with increases based on experience and qualifications.

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Nebraska

Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred, but not required

Minimum of 6 months of hand therapy experience required

Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

Full-time, part-time, and PRN candidates will be considered

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
