Job DetailsMon-Thurs 6:30am- 3pm and Fri 8:00am-3:30pmAs the Plumbing Program Coordinator, you will:Organize and lead faculty to deliver quality classroom instructionAdminister programs and monitor the learning processTailor course materials to meet the levels and needs of individual studentsHelp students develop employable skills that match their abilities and employer expectationsKey Responsibilities:Instructional Delivery: Oversee and participate in teaching activities to ensure effective learning.Student Service: Provide support and guidance to students, ensuring their academic and professional success.Subject Matter Expertise: Use your plumbing expertise to enhance course content and instructional methods.Faculty Management, Mentoring, and Training: Lead, mentor, and train faculty members to maintain high teaching standards.Program Administration: Manage program operations, ensuring alignment with educational goals and standards.Position Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of recent work experience as a licensed Plumber (excluding apprenticeship)Connecticut - current P1 or P2 licensePreferred: 3 years of classroom teaching experience at the post-secondary levelPreferred: 3 years of successful leadership and management experienceBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ready to Apply?If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, "APPLY NOW"Interested in hearing more?
