Job Overview We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment at a skilled nursing and rehab facility. The LPN will provide patient care, administer medications, assist with treatment plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality resident care.

This role supports patient safety, comfort, and recovery by monitoring vital signs, documenting patient conditions, and assisting with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status
Assist with patient mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Document patient care and update medical records
Collaborate with RN and interdisciplinary team to implement care plans
Maintain infection control and safety protocols
Provide compassionate and dignified patient care

Qualifications

Current LPN license in New Mexico
Completion of state-approved LPN training program
