Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a long-term care facility. The LPN will support nursing staff in delivering high-quality clinical care and assist residents with their health and wellness needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team• Assist with patient care activities, including hygiene and mobility• Record patient information accurately in medical records• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff to ensure quality care• Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times• Support residents' emotional and physical well-being
