Full Time Night Nurse Needed- 11p- 7a

8-hour shifts!!!

Flexible Scheduling!!!!

Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Assist in the implementation of resident care plans and provide basic medical care, such as dressing wounds and taking vital signs.Medication Administration: Administer medications and monitor for side effects.Support RN: Assist RNs in carrying out care plans and follow their directives.Resident Observation: Monitor resident's conditions and report changes to the RN or physician.Documentation: Record patient information and updates accurately in medical charts.Supportive Tasks: Assist with resident mobility and personal care activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in the applicable state.Experience in a geriatric care setting is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
