Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses(LPNs) to join our exceptional clinical team in NEW LONDON COUNTY, CT. Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (acute care or home care strongly preferred)
  • Active Connecticut LPN license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Physical exam within 12 months
  • PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
