Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pediatric Home Health

Sign-On Bonus Opportunity!

Requirements

Valid Delaware LPN License or Multistate License
Physical within one year
PPD or TB Blood Test (QF)
Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
Valid driver's license
G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
