Here are the job details for your review: Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Silver City, NM, 88061 Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Days: Sun, Fri, Sat) Duration: 11 weeks (Possibility of extension) Pay rate: $40.53/hr on W2Required Certification:
- Active LPN License
- BLS/CPR Certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 1+ year of LPN experience
- Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Provide bedside nursing care, administer medications, and perform treatments.
- Monitor residents’ conditions, vital signs, and report changes promptly.
- Document care accurately in the medical record system.
- Assist residents with ADLs and ensure safety throughout the shift.
- Communicate with nursing team, residents, and families as needed.
- Follow infection control, facility safety guidelines, and state regulations.
- Support care plans and work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and providers.
