Eden Senior Care founded in 2016 is a growing Healthcare Management company, focused on managing and operating Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation and Assisted Living communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin Ohio. Edenbrook Omro is a skilled nursing facility located in Omro, Wisconsin, as a part of the Eden Senior Care network.
We are recruiting positive, reliable Full-Time Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our team on AM and PM shifts.
Shifts Available:
- AM Shift
- PM Shift
- Full-Time openings on both shifts

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and communicate changes in condition
- Supervise CNAs and support the care team
- Complete documentation per facility policy

Requirements
- Current Wisconsin RN or LPN license
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Long-term care experience preferred
