Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn)

We are currently seeking experienced LPNs to join our network of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will work directly with patients, providing a wide range of nursing services while ensuring their comfort and safety. Compensation: $43 - $47 hourly rate depending on facility.

Schedule: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am including rotating weekends

Pay Period: Weekly, every Thursday via direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical histories.
• Assist with daily activities and ensure the comfort and safety of patients.
• Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and preventive care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in medical records.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Must have a valid LPN license in the state of employment.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Previous nursing experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and deliver patient-centered care.
• Flexibility to adapt to various shift schedules and work environments.
