Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare examination and treatment rooms according to clinic standards.
  • Complete patient rooming, including vital signs and health data collection.
  • Administer and accurately document medications.
  • Perform nursing procedures and treatments within the LPN scope of practice.
  • Assist with patient assessments and coordinate care with RNs and providers.
  • Reinforce patient education and discharge instructions.
  • Assist with referrals, prior authorizations, and patient inbox management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of clinical staff.
  • Participate in department meetings, training, and continuing education.
Qualifications
  • Completion of an approved nursing education program.
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license through the South Dakota Board of Nursing.
  • At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals.
