What You'll Do:
- Perform patient assessments and document findings accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Explain procedures and treatments to residents and families to gain cooperation, understanding, and to allay apprehension.
- Observe residents and record significant conditions or changes then relay information to Director of Nursing or physician of resident's condition, reaction to drugs, treatments, or any other significant changes.
- Supervise caregivers, including training, rewards, and discipline.
- Perform direct nursing care and other duties when necessary.

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Kentucky.
- Strong patient assessment skills.
- Experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to problem solve and work as a team player.
- Strong Customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- First language English preferred but not required
