Job Title: LPN – Adolescent Disability CenterLocation: Keene, New HampshirePosition: 13-week contract (Local or Travel Accepted)Schedule: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM, every other weekend requiredHours: 36 hours per weekRequirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Certifications:
- Active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to start
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to adolescents with developmental and physical disabilities
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN or provider
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Assist in implementing patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for patients
