Essential duties include:

Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.
Communicates with the attending physicians, other team members to coordinate optimal care for the patient/family.
Document all services provided and submit them on appropriate forms and Report changes in patient condition and need to RN
Great time management skills

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Louisiana license
Current CPR certification
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including 12-hour shifts
Have dependable transportation
