The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician, ensuring patients receive quality care in accordance with established clinical standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs and patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and care team members
- Support patients with daily living needs and ensure comfort and safety
- Follow all facility policies and regulatory requirements
- Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
