Your Impactful Duties:
Expert Clinical Care: Administer medications and treatments with precision, upholding the highest nursing standards to ensure resident well-being and safety.
Dynamic Care Planning: Actively assess and update individualized resident care plans to reflect evolving health needs and goals.
Empathetic Leadership: Directly supervise and inspire your assigned team. You will play a key role in interviewing, hiring, and training the next generation of caregivers.
Team Development: Foster a positive environment for employee engagement by planning, assigning, and directing work, as well as appraising performance and resolving challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
Regulatory Excellence: Maintain the integrity of our care by complying with all professional laws, regulations, and corporate compliance programs.
Clear Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and staff, ensuring information is exchanged accurately and compassionately in English (both written and oral).
Required Qualifications
Educational Foundation: Proud graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Professional Credentials: Current LPN licensure for the state of practice and a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Clinical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of fundamental nursing skills and a deep familiarity with the therapeutic effects and potential side effects of administered medications.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to communicate and comprehend information; must be fluent in English (written and verbal) to assess and exchange vital health information.
Mathematical Aptitude: The ability to accurately measure and comprehend quantities essential for safe treatment and medication administration.
Physical Capability: Ability to move, position yourself, and use medical tools/equipment effectively in a clinical setting; ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
