- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
- Monitor residents health status, administer medications, and document care activities accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate residents and their families on health conditions and care procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.
- Assist in assessing residents needs and reporting significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in residents medical records.
- Valid Kansas State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Previous experience in residential or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications may be advantageous.
- Reliable and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $39.00, with additional travel and local rate options.
