Full-time days. 12 hr shifts. Pay rate $35.00 per hour. Job DescriptionOur Primary Care team is looking for an exceptional nurse to help us manage and coordinate care for our high-acuity patients. Our nurses enjoy strong relationships with patients, collaborative work environments and a deep sense of belonging and appreciation.
