We are seeking compassionate, dedicated healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. This is a unique opportunity to help build our team, shape our culture, and establish a resident-centered community from the ground up.

As a founding team member, you will play an important role in creating an environment where residents feel safe, respected, and valued while helping to set the standard for excellence in Memory Care.

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs)

Provide exceptional nursing care while promoting comfort, safety, and quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities: • Medication administration • Resident assessments and monitoring • Documentation and communication with healthcare providers • Support care planning and family communication Qualifications: • Current Massachusetts LPN/ RN license • Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred • Compassionate and resident-focused approach

Pay range $33-45
