Job SummaryNeuLife Rehabilitation of Kentucky II is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. We provide direct care and rehabilitative services to individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries through Kentucky's Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Waiver program.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, group, and family counseling services.Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations.Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and rehabilitation staff to coordinate care.Provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals as needed.Educate clients and families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, recovery, and community resources.Support individuals in developing coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and recovery-oriented behaviors.Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings.Ensure compliance with ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, ABI Waiver guidelines, and applicable state and federal regulations.QualificationsRequired:Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychiatric Nursing, or a related behavioral health field.Active Kentucky licensure in one of the following disciplines: Psychiatry & Psychology (Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Psychologist with Autonomous Functioning, or Licensed Psychological Associate); Counseling & Therapy (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCADC); or Specialized Practice (APRN or Psychiatric/Rehabilitative Clinical Nurse Specialist).Strong clinical assessment, counseling, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.Knowledge of ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and behavioral health regulations.Preferred:Experience working with individuals recovering from traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, or other neurological conditions.Experience in rehabilitation, outpatient, residential, or behavioral health settings.Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.Experience with trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.Why Join NeuLife?Competitive pay
