Licensed Professional Counselor
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Oklahoma
Role Summary
This position offers Licensed Professional Counselors the opportunity to provide structured mental health care in a telehealth environment. You will work with adults managing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, delivering therapy that supports stability, insight, and progress over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions with assigned clients
- Assess mental health needs and establish care plans
- Maintain clinical notes and progress reports
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Follow HIPAA, ethical, and state compliance standards
- Participate in periodic clinical check-ins
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- Experience providing therapy to adults
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
