Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Oklahoma
Role Summary
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will provide direct clinical care to adults through secure telehealth sessions. Your work focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy that helps clients manage mental health concerns in practical, measurable ways. This role allows you to focus fully on clinical work while supported by a stable structure and administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
- Provide individual therapy via telehealth platforms
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinical leadership as needed
- Follow Oklahoma counseling laws and ethical standards
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- Experience providing therapy to adults
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
